Miror B. is so desperate that he decides to join Harley's team after he was fired from Cipher! He doesn't hold any grudge against May or Drew but still wants to beat them for the sake of beating them. When Miror B. and Brock were in the same Pokemon Contest, the battle between Brock's Ludicolo and Miror B.'s Discolo ended in a draw, letting both of them get a ribbon. Miror B.'s minions tried to hack into the Contest Battle point system, the machine that controls how many points a coordinator gains or loses when in a Contest Battle, to change the score so that the battle wouldn't be a tie. However, the battle was already in motion, so they couldn't make a difference anyways.
In the Zuki Festival, Miror B. never legally got his 5 ribbons so that he can enter, as he stole them from coordinators on the way by his gang and his Ludicolo. He was going to be in the Competition Battles, as he got a higher score than Brock, but when they found out that he cheated so that he can get those ribbons, he was disqualified from the Grand Festival. Since Brock teamed up with Officer Jenny in order to reveal what Miror B. did, he went through many measures to make sure that Brock would lose. So it looks like Miror B. actually holds a grudge against Brock than May and Drew, which is new for a change.
Miror B. is one of the trainers that break the six Pokemon limit as he has much more than six Pokemon that he carries with him:
Five Ludicolos; an army of Lotads and Lombres (Also owned and controlled by the Miror B. Peons); two Sudowoodos; Hoppip, Skiploom, and Jumpluff that he uses for transportation around the region (Like the Lotads and Lombres, also owned and controlled by his Miror B. Peons); two Nosepasses that he once used so that he can get the gang lost by reversing the direction of their compass, also that he can attract girls with metallic objects on them so that he can steal stuff and rape them; Voltorbs that he likes to hide in his afro; and a Dragonite that he uses as a secret weapon.
You can tell by the theme that he has from Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness that the attacks that he has are the dancing theme:
Air Split: He jumps into the air and does a mid-air split. He can also spin in the air while he is doing the split.
Star Snapple: He flicks his fingers and a yellow star appears, followed by hundreds of other stars in different colors, each one of them representing a different type. This attack is almost impossible to dodge as it comes in all directions in huge quantities.
Do The Spin: He spins a lot and becomes a human-tornado that can destroy anything in his path. He can stop instantly when up close and perform a range of kicking attacks.
Do The Wave: If Miror B. has a lot of Pokemon out at the time, all the Pokemon turn into a Pokemon Wave/Pyramid and he gets on top of them. He then does acrobatic things that can completely outnumber the enemy (This attack is most commonly used when all of his Ludicolo are out).
